This weeks community is Grayhawk. Located in the heart of North Scottsdale, Grayhawk is the nucleus of upscale, Arizona living. Grayhawk is a master planned community with literally every property type available to choose from. Life in Grayhawk is different than other master planned communities throughout Arizona. Grayhawk offers a lifestyle for all age groups and prides itself on social and community activities interconnecting all of its residents. There is an extensive trail and walking path network which is beautifully landscaped and maintained for hiking, walking, and running. There are also plenty of parks in Grayhawk which include basketball courts, sand volleyball, tennis courts, playgrounds, and common grassy areas. Grayhawk promotes a sense of community. The two award winning golf courses located in Grayhawk are public, and its clubhouse is public as well which include a top-notch pro shop along with two exceptional restaurants. Grayhawk also has a Resident Program Director, who schedules and maintains a yearly calendar of social events, sporting events, and cultural events, all designed to bring residents together to develop a strong, interactive community.

The Golf Courses at Grayhawk are both award-winning public courses, the Raptor course and Talon Course. Both have great practice facilities and magnificent views of the McDowell Mountains, Pinnacle Peak, and the Valley below.

Located within Grayhawk is Grayhawk Elementary, and award-winning, highly sought after public elementary school that is part of the Paradise Valley Unified School District. Grayhawk homes start in the mid $200’s up to over several million for its custom homes located in the neighborhood of Serenity. There are two luxury condominium developments, named the Edge and Venu, which have a demographic of vibrant residents, followed by several townhomes developments such as: the Vintage, The Villages, Cachet, Encore, Tesoro, and Avian. Each of these bring something a little different to the table covering the gamut of town home options. All have community pools and spas, along with fitness centers.

Grayhawk has two distinct neighborhoods when it comes to single family homes. There is the Park side and Retreat Side. Grayhawk homes for sale differ depending on which side of Grayhawk you choose to purchase in. The Park side is made up of non-gated communities and one gated community. The Grayhawk Park side is a 497-acre neighborhood with several different high-end, luxury builders such as T.W. Lewis, Coventry, and Monterrey. The Retreat side of Grayhawk consists of two guard-gated communities, the Raptor and Talon. Both have several different neighborhoods build by luxury home builders, that all have their own community pools and spas. There are golf course homes with view fencing as well as semi-custom homes. In the Raptor retreat side, the large neighborhood of Serenity boasts all fully custom homes on large lots with golf course and mountain views. There is truly something in Grayhawk for nearly any buyer out there.
